Recently it was announced that Ashley Tisdale will be staring in “Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure” an  HSM spin-off. MTV Movies asked Vanessa what she thought about it. She said she was happy for her good friend Ashley and she also said she’d consider doing a cameo in the movie if Ashley asked her. Check out the video for yourself:

On having a nomination for an Oscar someday: “One can only hope. I think the important thing is people doing what they are truly passionate about and putting their heart and soul into it. I feel like once you do that, people acknowledge that and hopefully ends you up on that stage”

¿Which movie, of the nominated for Best Motion Pictures, would you like to be in?:“I was almost going to say Avatar. Now I’m feeling kind of generic. I think it’s incredible what they did with the new technology. Coming to set and not having to wear makeup everyday — amazing. I would’ve been so happy.”

On her upcoming projects: “I have a film called Beastly coming out on July. It’s a modern take on Beauty and the Beast. And next year I have a film coming out called Sucker Punch. I’m very excited because everyone is finally going to see me kick some butts” by Giuli for VanessaHudgensDaily.org

Vanessa Hudgens, flew in from Vancouver, where she was training for Zach Snyder’s upcoming fantasy thriller, Sucker Punch. “I got thrown into this craziness of fight training with the guys who trained everybody for 300,” says Hudgens. “I get paid to be in great shape, so I’m having a blast.”

Hudgens really came into her own during the High School Musical days. “I started off as a super-shy girl, extremely hesitant,” she says. “Now I’m really growing into my own person. I can actually take care of myself, which my mom thought would never happen.”
